The Process:
Discover
First, we use the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, or MBTI personality assessment, along with a few other key tools and metrics to help you understand more about your innate abilities, preferences, and passions.
Authenticate
Next, you will experience the freedom that comes from getting your “IT”! Having completed the Discover step, we will give you ways to affirm and articulate the information we have gained about your identity.
Engage
Now that we have a clearer picture of your identity, we will use this information to make a personalized plan to put this information in to practice. Whether you are facing a career change, an educational crossroads, challenges in your current workplace or business, or if you just want to know more about understanding your self and others, we can make a plan that helps you navigate your life with a greater connection to your identity.
